Attorney Biography

Kirk D. Becchi’s civil litigation practice covers a variety of areas of the law. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in contract, construction, commercial law, and personal injury litigation, including nursing home and assisted living abuse and neglect. He also practices alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Mr. Becchi manages the firm’s Harrisonburg, Virginia office, and resides in Harrisonburg with his family.
